My Coaching Approach
“In my role of relationship and intimacy coach, my goal is to hold both the emotional depth of what you’re navigating and the complexity of your relational context.”
I understand relationships as living systems in which partners co-create and continually negotiate ideas and meanings of belonging, safety, and intimacy. To me, healthy relationships are those where partners can express needs, boundaries, emotions, and desires without fear. That doesn’t mean it’s always easy — rather, they require an ongoing commitment to building trust and care.
Whether working together or individually, we will explore how you want to show up in your relationships, and how existing stories and assumptions shape the way you see yourself in relation to others. Our work is grounded in reconnecting with ourselves—to our feelings of fear, anger, joy, desire, safety, and care —so that we can engage with others from a place of authenticity and alignment. My work integrates emotional awareness, somatic grounding, and communication work.
I work from a trauma-sensitive perspective, which means I pay attention to how your nervous system reacts to relational stress, and together we explore what it means to feel safe – using coaching tools adapted from neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and positive psychology. I offer a coaching space that supports noticing, naming, and regulating emotions, so that patterns of relational connection and disconnection can become visible – and open to change.
Being familiar with polyamory, I am also working with clients navigating complex relational dynamics, including hinge roles, jealousy, and feelings of exclusion or abandonment.
Whether you are navigating traditional or nontraditional relationships, cross-cultural differences, or attachment issues, my coaching offers a space of curiosity, care, and possibility—with a particular commitment to creating an affirming space for LGBTQ+ people. My role is to help you strengthen your relational awareness and to find what feels right and sustainable for you.
I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics.
*As a coach I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
“In my coaching space, we approach intimacy, connection, and emotional honesty from a place of curiosity and creativity – creating relationships that feel nourishing and alive.”
